As of February 2023, we are no longer requiring masks for staff or patients. Please let us know if you would prefer staff wear masks, we will absolutely accommodate this request!
Our goal is to provide a safe and secure environment for our staff and our patients. Please CANCEL your appointment if you are sick, have a positive COVID test, or are experiencing any of the following symptoms:
You are currently experiencing a fever and/or shortness of breath
You are currently experiencing cold and/or flu-like symptoms
Coughing, sneezing, etc.
Additionally, our staff has increased our sanitation protocol within the clinic to include the following:
Wash and/or sanitize hands before and after each patient
Increasing the frequency of sanitation of:
Lobby & front desk area
Plinth tables in private rooms
Gym equipment and weights
Light switches and door handles
We are also excited to announce that Equinox Physical Therapy is offering Telehealth services for those that might not be able to come into the clinic. Telehealth allows us to provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions online where we will assess your current status, and will guide you through exercises virtually to continue your rehabilitation.
Does my insurance cover Telehealth?
Yes! Whether you have Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance or Workman’s Comp, during this time there are codes specifically for billing physical therapy Telehealth visits. Copay & deductibles will still apply according to your policy.
